Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers a unique space for exploration, aiding individuals in recognizing personal patterns beyond familialor social support.
A trained therapist that's aware of their own patterns can aid clients without influencing them.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, overcoming energy blocks for fuller experiences. While acknowledging the past, it prioritizes understanding interconnected relationships, enhancing awareness, freedom, and creativity.

Creative Methods

I use creative methods like clay, paint and sand trays, as well as what can be communicated through our stories. The aim is to understand the situation that the person is in with their relationships that matter, and to help increase awareness. It's through this that people can discover their ability to make new choices.

Progress

People often make progress after a few sessions. Sometimes people negotiate to have a longer period of time when they can work at greater depth. psychotherapy is an additional option when people feel stuck and would like to know more about what is going on in their situation.
