Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a unique space for exploration, aiding individuals in recognizing personal patterns beyond familialor social support.
A trained therapist that's aware of their own patterns can aid clients without influencing them.

Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, overcoming energy blocks for fuller experiences. While acknowledging the past, it prioritizes understanding interconnected relationships, enhancing awareness, freedom, and creativity.
